Design and Test of Cleaning Loss Kernel Recognition System for Corn Combine Harvester

Cleaning loss is an important parameter to judge the performance of a corn combine harvester. At present, there exists phenomenon that cleaning rate detection devices have long signal processing time and low recognition accuracy. To solve this problem, based on principle impacting piezoelectric effect, signals kernels impurities are analyzed by means frequency spectrum method obtain characteristic for effectively distinguishing impurities, which determined as 8.7 kHz. Based frequency, kernel system designed, can realize function recording. In system, circuits mainly include two-order high-pass filtration, envelope wave voltage comparison designed. On basis circuit, adding judgment program holding output square improves system’s accuracy sensitive plate simultaneously. The was tested in indoor conditions. results show 20–30 could be accurately recognized per minute single plate, reach 85% when three impacted serve theoretical represent new design system.
